Teaser Tuesday – The Dark and Hollow Places

This week, my teaser comes from The Dark and Hollow Places. Note that this is the third and final installment in the Forest of Hands and Teeth series, so I’ll try not to be spoilerific in my teaser. YEs, I’ve finally picked up this book so I can finish the series. Funny thing is, when I read The Dead-Tossed Waves, for some reason I thought that the final book wouldn’t be out for a while so I was just waiting. Then a few months ago I realized that it had already been out for a long time! Anyway, here’s my teaser.

With a sickening heaviness in my stomach I realize I’m the one who’s going to have to kill her.

This scene was an interesting one; a nice introduction to the kind of person that Annah is. So far I’m really enjoying this book. It’s been a while since I read a zombie novel!
