Almost Here is a feature where each month I talk about upcoming things in the YA world that I’m excited about. This includes new book releases, movies of YA books, book signing events, etc. Keep in mind that this is definitely not everything. It’s only the stuff that I know about and/or am most interested in.
I mean, finally, this stuff is almost here!
Book Releases
These are the top 5 books I’m anticipating for March. True, I’ve already read Poison and Unremembered, but I loved them so much, I’m excited for their releases! Several of these I’ve already talked about in Waiting on Wednesday posts – and now they’re finally, almost here! Two are debuts, which I think is super awesome, and Requiem… Oh, Requiem… There is a lot riding on that book for me. I hope it doesn’t piss me off as much as the ending to Pandemonium did!
Movies
Have you read The Host?
I have to admit: I didn’t finish the book. I wanted to read it, because it sounded interesting, but at the time I was just so interested in other books that I couldn’t make myself concentrate on it. But, the story still interests me, so my sister and I (and maybe my husband too!) will probably go see this in the theater.
Book Events
My favorite local bookstore, Blue Willow Bookshop, is hosting a super cool event in March! First, I thought it was going to be Victoria Schwab by herself, which is awesome enough. But then they announced that Beth Revis and Carrie Ryan are going to be joining her! Woot!
My sister and I are so excited. And — for once — I’ve actually read the books written by all three authors at this event!
Just beware Requiem… Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. I gave it five Stars but I swear I have PTSD after it.
OH MAN. Really? Now I’m even MORE anxious about reading it. Auughh!
I can’t wait for this movie!!! I loved the book. I’ll be looking forward to its release date. Thanks for sharing this trailer.
Best,

Yay! Yeah, I like posting the trailers, because I know I would want to see it if I were reading a post about it. :) Cheers!
The March list looks really good! I liked the end of Pandemonium. Haha. :)
Haha! Why did you like it? xD
